Dairy free crepes! These delicious crepes are gone in seconds!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Gather your ingredients.

In a medium bowl mix the flour, sugar, and salt.

Then mix in the water, eggs, and olive oil.

Mix until smooth. Place a large pan on medium-low heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter on to the pan.

Use a crepe spreader to spread the batter around the pan.

Cook for 1 minute and flip cook for 1 more minute.

Best served hot with maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven 350°F.

In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.

Mix in the applesauce, butter, vegetable oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.

Then fold the chocolate chips into the batter with a spatula.

Line a cookie tray with parchment paper or a reusable, oven safe, non-stick mat.

Pour dollops of batter on the tray 1 inch apart.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Gluten free banana bread! This bread is such a hit, it never lasts long!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas (mashed)

Instructions

Gather your ingredients and Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.

Mix in the butter, vegetable oil, applesauce, maple syrup, and eggs.

Then mix in the bananas.

Line a 10x4 inch bread with parchment paper and bake for 60 minutes.

This recipe is fantastic as a cake or as cupcakes. Whenever I make cake or cupcakes with this recipe, they never last long, especially topped with buttercream frosting!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt and whisk.

Mix in the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add the boiling water.

Pour the batter into your Cake pan or Cupcake tray.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Notes

This makes two 9-inch round cakes or 24 cupcakes.
