German Rising Pancakes are a family tradition in my household. They are fun to make. They are fun to watch rise in the oven. They are quick to make. When they are finished you can top them with maple syrup, confectioners sugar, lemon juice, or whatever you heart desires. Gather your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Put the butter in the Quiche pan and place in the oven while it is preheating. In a bowl add the Egg, Milk, and Flour and Mix. Don't mix the batter too much. Make sure it's Lumpy. Take the butter out of the oven. Add the batter. Bake for 10 minutes.German Rising Pancakes
